So
far the most effective fat loss diet i've been on is Ketogenic diet.
Kita mo nga naman, anti-cancer protocol din pala! I saw that in Wil's
vlog and I thought wow, tanga ba to? its a diet to get ripped, its not
for cancer! Ayun, I was wrong ehehe.
In simple terms, eat what you want as long as you only consume 30g carbs everyday. Definitely no rice and bread. Instead of rice? Just buy 1 gulay dish from carenderia pamalit sa rice. Chocolates, softdrinks,, nuts, sugar-free deserts are allowed.
I can do this for life. Its really very easy to do. And you're never hungry. You have 1 day off every 10 days (some do it every 5 days. The longer, the better.
Sample meals. Notice the softdrinks. Yeah I dont eath healthy coz thats stupid!
Kabaklaan ung live healthy, eat healthy. NAGKATAON lang na im eating healthy pala. Purpose ko lanmg nyan is to get abs! I literally cant move on and go back to bulking unless I get abs. Otherwise lalaki nga, puro taba naman.
